It seems that Cherry Mobile will not go down without a fight. They're definitely threatened by the presence of a more well-known brand like Lenovo. But it doesn't mean they'll easily give up. They have recently launched another dual-sim Android smartphone to compete against Lenovo A60.
Introducing Cherry Mobile Stellar. Another affordable dual-SIM Android smartphone from Cherry Mobile. This is an upgrade from CM Orbit and another OEM device from Gigabyte. The exact model is GSmart G1345. You can check the specifications here at gsmarena and you'll find the similarities with CM Stellar.
As you can see from the table below, you'll have more points to consider with CM Stellar. It has a more powerful processor (800 MHz), a large amount of RAM (512MB) and higher megapixel of camera (5MP including LED flash). CM Stellar is only lacking a front-facing camera but I don't think that would matter much.

The fight of the dual-SIM Android smartphones are surely heating up. And the best part of that is, the consumer always win. They'll always offer better and more affordable handsets and we get to choose from a lot of options.
Cherry Mobile didn't indicate though how long that promo price will last and what the regular price is. But if you're searching for a cheaper and better dual-SIM Android smartphone, CM Stellar is definitely a good starting point.
