How's your weekend guys? Hope you're having a great time. Starting today, I'll post an overview of the news and deals that happened for the week. Next week, I'll start posting about news on gadgets and their availability on the market. So here are the stuffs that happened for the week of September 12, 2011:

• MSI-ECS had their annual warehouse sale last September 13-16 on their warehouse at Quezon City. They have extended the sale until next week from September 19-21 (9am-6pm). They have added new items and further slashed down prices on select items.
• Globe BlackBerry Max is now P599/30 days on both prepaid and postpaid and you can enjoy this promo until December 31, 2011. 
• Globe Tattoo MyFi stick has dropped their price from P4,999 to P3,999.
• Lifehacker's Daily App Deals featured WidgetLocker Lockscreen Android app. It allows you to customize phone on how to unlock your screen for on $0.99 from the Amazon App Store.
• Cherry Mobile T8 touchscreen TV phone was on sale last September 15 and still on sale until tomorrow. Price dropped from P3,590 to P2,499.
• Sony has an ongoing photography contest titled 'Like Creativity Love Sony'. You can win a Sony Ericsson Arc plus shopping spree for you and your 3 friends. Still have 15 days left to participate.
• LG Optimus has a big big blowout to all Android lovers. LG Optimus 3D is now available on the market and you can get it for P2,000 less until September 25.
• MyPhone made its QW29 Duo more affordable by dropping P489 less its original price of P3,488. They've also included a headset on their BM2 Duo music phone for only P2,999.
• SunTel has a Triple Treat Mega raffle to all new SunTel Wireless Landline and Sun Double Unlimited Plus subscribers. They have a chance to win gadgets like BlackBerry Curve 8520 and Samsung Galaxy S2.
• Torque put their 3 dual-SIM TV phones on sale last September 16 until tomorrow. DQ30 TV (QWERTY) is now P1,688 (from P1,799). DTV30 (bar) is available for P1,988. And last is i28 Rush (touchscreen) which you can get for P2,488 (from P2,999).
• Alcatel introduced a new dual-SIM QWERTY handset namely Tribe OT-585D. You can have it at a promo price of P2,499 (regular is P5,999).
